DOL Field Memo on Travel and Visa Expenses of H-2B Workers

On August 21, 2009, the DOL Deputy Administrator, John McKeon, issued a Memorandum to Regional Administrators and District Directors, which discusses travel and visa expenses of H-2B workers under the Foreign Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
