Advance Copy of DHS Proposed Regulation on E-2 Nonimmigrant Status for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

An advance copy of a DHS proposed regulation proposing to implement the nonimmigrant provisions of the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008. It would amend its regulations to establish procedures for classifying long-term investors in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands as E-2 nonimmigrants. The regulation will be published in the 9/14 Federal Register.
